Regulations & Required Documents for Yacht Charters

For a bareboat yacht charters you will need a valid skipper licence. According to Italian law, some charter companies require a signed Italian charter contract in addition to the normal yacht charter contract, which you would sign in English or any other language. The Italian form has to be signed on spot before checking-in at the charter base.
